At The Butcher's Table, we serve more than just food. Our unexpected specialty is the slow-smoked, sizzling prime chop—a towering seven-finger-high masterpiece. Rubbed with secret seasonings, cured, and roasted on a pecan wood rotisserie for up to six hours, it's then topped with our signature herb-garlic butter and carved tableside.
